SUMMARY:6th Annual Blast for CAST at Stirling Square
DESCRIPTION:The Center for Advocacy\, Support & Transformation (CAST) is hosting its 6th Annual Blast for CAST on July 11. This celebration of summer is taking place at Stirling Square\, located at 300 Main Street in Greenport. The event\, sponsored by Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital\, will run from 6 to 9 p.m. Attendees can expect an open bar and a variety of hors d’oeuvres\, courtesy of the American Beech Hotel. Additionally\, 1943 Pizza Bar and Greenport Harbor Brewing Company will be providing pizza and beer.  \nThe event will feature live music from the dynamic band NOIZ\, known for their R&B\, Pop\, Dance and Hip Hop hits. A signature cocktail\, Berry Blast for CAST\, will be served by American Beech.  \nThe event also includes a silent auction with exciting items up for bid\, such as VIP tickets to the Hamptons Classic Horse Show\, golf for four at Gardiner’s Bay Country Club\, and a private at-home dinner prepared by Chef Ryan Carroll. Other experiences on offer range from wine tastings and spa treatments across North Fork and Shelter Island to boat cruises.  \nThis year\, CAST will honor Andy Tarshis with the annual Neighbors Helping Neighbors Award. Donations can be made in Andy’s honor at the event or online. Proceeds from the event will go towards CAST’s essential programs and services for nearly 1\,500 North Fork and Shelter Island families.
