DESCRIPTION:Join the Mattituck-Laurel Library for a unique sound journey titled ‘Good Vibrations’ led by music therapist Kathy Pasca. This immersive listening experience is designed to calm the mind\, body\, and nervous system\, promoting a sense of well-being. The event will feature the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls\, ocean drum\, Native American flute\, and tuning forks. \nParticipants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something to lie on. The event is free to attend\, providing an opportunity for relaxation and restoration through music therapy. \nThe sound journey will take place on Jan. 10\, 2026\, from 2 to 3:15 p.m. Registration is required and can be done at the Mattituck-Laurel Library’s website.
