SUMMARY:NFAC: Brand You! Accelerate Your Career Trajectory Workshops
DESCRIPTION:The North Fork Arts Center (NFAC) is hosting a two-session workshop titled ‘Brand You! Accelerate Your Career Trajectory’ specifically designed for high school juniors and seniors. The workshops will take place on two consecutive Saturdays\, Oct. 18 and Oct. 25\, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.  \nThe initiative aims to empower students with essential self-branding skills that will serve them through their college journey and into their early professional lives. In a competitive world\, the ability to articulate one’s strengths and values is crucial. Here’s why personal branding matters: \n– It helps students communicate their story with clarity and confidence\n– It assists in building meaningful networks and professional relationships\n– It aids in navigating the transition from high school to higher education and beyond \nThe class is limited to 20 students and students must be able to attend both workshops. Please come with your own lunch.  \nThe workshops will be instructed by Phyllis Ehrlich\, president of Rocket Your Potential\, LLC\, and Joel Ehrlich\, president of The Harmony Group; adjunct professor of marketing communications\, Fashion Institute of Technology. Both instructors bring decades of combined experience in career coaching\, marketing\, and youth development and have successfully guided young adults in building authentic\, impactful personal brands that open doors to academic and career advancement.
