Enjoy the one day Riverhead Polish festival on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 11 a.m. to midnight at Riverhead Polish Hall — 214 Marcy Avenue in Riverhead.
The event will include food, music, beverages, a Polish Heritage Display and vendors. Seating will be available indoors and outdoors. No outside beverages, food or coolers will be permitted past the entrance.
Kielbasa sandwiches will be sold for $10 and a cash bar will be available throughout the event.
Admission to the daytime portion of the festival — 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. — is $5. During this portion of the festival Polish platters cost $20, a special event will be held at 2 p.m. and Polka music will be played by RBO featuring vocalist Eddie Began from 12 to 5 p.m.
The nighttime portion — 7 p.m. to 12 midnight — will be $20 for anyone 12 years and over, children 6 to 12 are $10 and children 5 and under are free. During this portion DJ music will begin at 7 p.m. to midnight.
