‘Saving Cold-Stunned Sea Turtles in New York’

Saturday, June 15

Hallock State Park and the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society will offer a cold-stunned sea turtle lecture Saturday, June 15, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Learn how to help monitor local beaches to help save cold-stunned sea turtles. Beach walk and cleanup follows, weather permitting.

Participants ages 6-16 will receive a free beach stewardship backpack. The event is sponsored by New York Connect Kids to Parks.
