The Southold Historical Society will kick off the holiday season by holding its annual candlelight tour of the complex on Friday, Nov. 25 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Maple Lane Complex in Southold — the tree lighting will be held at 5 p.m.
Santa will greet children in the Barn alongside by a decorated Christmas tree. Tours of the historic Thomas Moore House and the Victorian Ann Currie-Bell House. The event also includes demonstrations of carpentry, blacksmith, basket weaving and protein shop decorations.
Children will also have games to enjoy alongside Santa’s helpers.
The event is free and open to all members of the community. Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
