Tai Chi: Lessons for Life

Participants will learn the Tai Chi Yang Style 24 Form with instructor Marilyn LoPresti, Ph.D, second degree Black Belt and TaiChi/Qigong/Kungfu, will offer this internal martial art form as a means to improve overall health, balance, as well as improve cognitive ability Students are asked to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, as well as bring a bottle of water.

Classes will be ongoing every Saturday morning for a fee of $17 each.
