DESCRIPTION:Riverhead Free Library will host a Zoom talk on ticks and tick-borne disease with Jerry Simons\, PA-C\, a member of the medical advisory panel of Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s regional tick-borne disease resource center and an assistant professor at Stony Brook Medicine. \nSimons will discuss diseases carried by different species of ticks found on the East End\, along with symptoms\, diagnostic tests and treatment options.
