Clovis Point Vineyard will host a wine and chocolate weekend Saturday-Sunday, Feb. 16-17.
The tasting menu is as follows:
2017 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay paired with a Banana Fondue Milk Chocolate.
2014 Merlot paired with a Kiln Fired Cherry Dark Chocolate.
2015 Cabernet Franc paired with a Thai Iced Coffee Dark, Milk and White Chocolate.
Chef Steven Amaral of North Fork Chocolate Company created an Artifact Truffle for Clovis Point, made with the vineyard’s dessert wine.
