Take part in a three-part series of lectures at Hallockville Museum Farm on Sunday, Feb. 2 from 1 to 3 p.m.
This three-part lecture series explores important parts of the Museum Farm’s mission. Don Fisher, President of the Railroad Museum of Long Island, will be presenting the lecture on Feb. 2 that asks the question “With a North Fork perspective, what reason the Long Island Rail Road?”
Learn about the history of the Long Island Rail Road and why it plotted its path along the North Fork and terminated in Greenport.
