The Butterfly Effect Project's Butterfly Action Group has organized "A Celebration of Black Excellence" event to celebrate Black History Month on Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at The First Baptist Church of Riverhead -- 1018 Northville Turnpike.
