This exhibition showcases the evolution of his artistic vision since 2011. \nPerrell studied painting under the tutelage of Beatrice Mead Perrell\, Fay Lansner\, and David Shapiro. He holds degrees from Hofstra University (B.A.\, M.A.) and has had an extensive professional career. He has served as the chief curator of the Nassau County Museum of Art\, executive director of the Roslyn Landmark Society\, and co-founder and co-director of Artful Circle. His teaching credits include Hofstra University and Long Island University\, and his works have been exhibited at Walker Street Gallery\, Frank Caro\, and Tria Gallery. \nThe exhibition is free to attend and is a great opportunity for art enthusiasts to witness the works of a local artist who has made a significant impact in the art world. Her inspiration often comes from what hovers above a landscape or a structure. Clouds\, in their many forms\, sizes\, and gradations appeal to her inner child – the one who looked up and observed the clouds scudding by above\, shape-shifting into faces or animals. As an adult\, she became more interactive with looking up. Camera in hand\, she was inevitably drawn to images that invited a visual conversation between terra firma and the celestial sphere. \nThe event is free to attend and open to the public.
