DESCRIPTION:The Riverhead Moose Lodge 1742 is hosting a special Breakfast with Santa on Saturday\, Dec. 13. The event will run from 10 a.m. to noon\, with breakfast being served until 11:30 a.m. The breakfast menu includes pancakes\, scrambled eggs\, sausage\, juice\, and coffee or tea. \nIn addition to the breakfast\, there will be a craft table set up for attendees and Santa will be available for pictures. These toys will be donated to the Marines Toys for Tots program. \nThe event will also feature face painting with Anna. Reservations are required for this event. Attendees can make reservations by calling the Lodge Office or by leaving their information and payment in an envelope in the drop box located below the SQ card reader. \nThe cost for adults is $8\, for children aged 6 to 12 it’s $5\, and children 5 and under can attend for free. Any child under 12 years old who brings a new unwrapped toy will receive free breakfast.

A special tribute to blues icon\, Sam ‘Bluzman’ Taylor will be performed by his talented recording artist family\, Sandra and NiNi Taylor and grandson Lawrence ‘LAW’ Worrell\, a seven-time Grammy nominee and Indie Music Award winner. A special appearance by rapper icon Parrish Smith of PMD\, former member of EPMD & Hit Squad\, is also on the cards. \nThe event will also showcase teenage sensations performing a fusion of Afrobeat\, hip hop\, gospel\, and R&B. The Ross Boyz will perform their new hit single ‘Chit Chat’\, alongside Latin & R&B singer Travi\, rapper Sahn Dan\, and the gospel rapper & poet Jawaan. There will be a basket raffle with over 100 items including tickets to Splish Splash water park\, Safari Adventure\, Cousins Paintball\, All Star bowling\, Top Golf\, gift cards for local restaurants and more. Plus: entertainment\, vendors\, food trucks and community resource tables with the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County\, Riverhead Free Library\, Long Island Science Center\, Riverhead Community Awareness Program\, Bright and Early Discoveries\, the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and more. \nRoanoke PTO President Karma Marshall said the organization wants to bring the community together to celebrate spring and enjoy family-friendly fun. \nAdmission is free.
