SUMMARY:Beetlejuice JR
DESCRIPTION:Riverhead Middle School Middle Masques present “Beetlejuice JR.” this week at Riverhead High School’s Charles Cardona Auditorium.\n\n \n\nThe ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in “Beetlejuice JR.\,” the “frightfully funny musical based on the beloved motion picture turned Broadway phenomenon.”\n\n \n\nLydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager\, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia\, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice\, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse\, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes\, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.\n\n \n\nBeetlejuice was nominated for eight 2019 Tony Awards including Best New Musical.\n\n \n\nThe Middle Masques production takes the stage Friday\, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. and Saturday\, Feb. 8 at 1 and 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 each general admission and $5 for Riverhead students with ID.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n
