The 2nd Annual Tag Sale at Big Duck Ranch is set to take place on Saturday, July 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event, organized by Friends of The Big Duck and Flanders Village Historical Society, will be held at 1012 Flanders Road (Route 24), Flanders. The sale will feature tables of gently used household items, home decor, small furniture, antiques, and collectibles.
The proceeds from the sales will be used to support the activities of the Friends of The Big Duck and Flanders Village Historical Society. The Friends of The Big Duck is responsible for landscaping the garden, maintaining the Long Island Duck Farming Exhibit in the Victorian Barn, and servicing the public bathrooms at Big Duck Ranch. The Flanders Village Historical Society, on the other hand, works to promote an understanding and appreciation of the historical and cultural heritage of Flanders.
In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Sunday, July 7. Admission and parking for the event are free. Cars should enter at Otter Hole Neck Road, just east of The Big Duck, and park in the back of the field.
