Al Franken to perform at The Suffolk

Comedian Al Franken will perform at The Suffolk on Sunday, July 24 at 7 p.m.

Franken is the only U.S. Senator to also be one of the original writers for Saturday Night Live. During his time at SNL he won five Emmy’s for writing and producing and is the former senator of Minnesota.

He is the author of four New York Times bestsellers including “Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot and Other Observations,” “Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them–A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right” and “Al Franken Giant of the Senate.” His podcast “The Al Franken Podcast” is one of the top-ten police and public affairs podcasts.
