Annual chicken barbecue at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church

St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church will hold its annual chicken barbecue on the parish grounds at Franklin Street and Roanoke Avenue in Riverhead.

The grounds will be open from 1 to 7 p.m., with food service from 3 to 5 p.m. The afternoon will include live Ukrainian music, raffles and family activities, including a petting zoo. Takeout will be available.

Tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for children under 12 in advance. At the gate, tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for children under 12. For tickets and information, call the rectory at 631-727-2766 or Caroline at 631-727-0835.
