Author Rosemary McKinley discussion at Barnes and Noble

Learn more about local author Rosemary McKinley and her book “101 Glimpses of the North Fork and Islands” on Saturday, April 15 at 12 p.m. at Barnes and Noble in Riverhead.

Her book highlights the North Fork by discussing the nautical history, seaside settings and landscapes of the picturesque country. The book covers the local Native Americans, farming, fishing, wineries and more. She is also the author of “Wampum Exchange” and “Captain Henry Green, a Whaler.”
