Join Southold Historical Museum for the annual Candlelight Tour and Tree Lighting on Friday, Nov. 24, 3pm – 6pm, at the Maple Lane Complex. The event is a delightful way to start the celebration of the holiday season.
This is a magical time to come together to have some good old-fashioned fun. Visit Santa in the Barn as he waits to greet children alongside a beautiful Christmas Tree decorated by local Girl Scouts. Tour our historic houses including the 18th Century Thomas Moore House and the Victorian Ann Currie-Bell House, which includes a Christmas Village display. Watch carpentry, blacksmith, basket weaving, and print shop demonstrations. Children will enjoy games on the lawn with Santa’s helper. Plus, there is live music throughout the event. Cheer as we light the Museum Christmas Tree at 5pm.
Admission is free; donations accepted. Light refreshments available for purchase.
