Catholic Health mobile outreach bus at Riverhead Free Library

Catholic Health nurses will be at the Riverhead Free Library with the mobile outreach bus offering free flu shots and health screenings for adults.

Services include blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index and glucose screenings, along with patient education and referrals to care. No appointment is necessary. Health insurance is not required, and there are no fees for services.
