Evening reception: “Visions of Freedom” (America 250 exhibit)

Women Sharing Art, Inc. will hold a special evening reception for its multimedia exhibition “Visions of Freedom,” presented in honor of America 250, the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States.

The reception will include light refreshments and an opportunity to view work by more than 30 artists responding to the theme of freedom in the American experience. The exhibition brings together a range of media and approaches, including ceramics, painting, art glass, fiber art, jewelry, mixed media, mosaics, oils and acrylics, photography, pottery, sculpture, watercolor, videography, and invites reflection on liberty, identity and possibility.
