Flag Day celebration fundraiser for veterans groups

LI ABATE will host a Veterans Appreciation Fundraiser outdoors under the Larry Judd Memorial Pavilion at American Legion Post 273 in Riverhead on Flag Day, Wednesday, June 14 from 4 to 9 p.m.

Dinner includes homemade potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni salad, baked beans with Riverhead Polish Hall grilled keilbasy, hot dogs, hamburgers, soda, water, coffee, tea, corn on cob (subject to availability) and desert  — all inclusive. Tickets: $30 per person. Cash bar with $2 tap beer.

There will be a raffle and 50/50. All proceeds from the raffles & 50/50 will be tripled by three private donors. 100% of all monies raised will go to veterans groups and organizations on Long Island.
