Hellenic Film Festival: King Otto

North Fork Arts Center at the Sapan Greenport Theatre will screen “King Otto” as part of its Hellenic film festival.

The film looks back at the summer of 2004, when the Greek national football team went from long odds to winning the European championship. It follows German coach Otto Rehhagel, known as “King Otto,” and his decision to leave Germany to lead the underachieving Greek team, and the way two different cultures came together around the sport.
