Juneteenth: a celebration of community in Riverhead

The Butterfly Effect Project will host its second annual Juneteenth: A Celebration of Community on June 19. The free event will include local vendors, organizations and businesses, along with food, community resources and activities for all ages.

The program features performances throughout the afternoon, including dance teams and OFVS performers, plus a community line dance and family games. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and come with family and friends.
