“Live Well, Age Well” program at Riverhead Free Library

The Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center (ADRC) will present a special program titled “Live Well, Age Well” at the Riverhead Free Library. Carol Hartmann, the director of programs, education, and training at ADRC, will lead the presentation. The focus of the program is on the importance of staying active, both physically and mentally, to support overall health. Key elements of maintaining energy, mobility, and cognitive function for a healthier, more fulfilling life will be discussed. These include regular exercise, brain-stimulating activities, a balanced diet, quality sleep, and strong social connections. The program is free and open to the public.
