Movie matinee Friday: “Benedict Arnold: A Question of Honor”

Riverhead Free Library will host a movie matinee Friday screening of “Benedict Arnold: A Question of Honor.”

The film follows Benedict Arnold’s rise from humble origins to become one of the American Revolution’s most respected generals and George Washington’s favored soldier before his defection to the British. The story focuses on the forces that shaped Arnold’s choices, including his relationship with Peggy Shippen and the events leading to an attempted betrayal of Washington.

Concession stand snacks will be available. No registration is required.
