Native plant container gardening

ReWild Long Island will present a program on native plant container gardening at the Southold Free Library. The session will cover how to grow native plants in pots to create pollinator-friendly plantings on patios, decks and other small spaces.

Topics include choosing plants for sun or shade, selecting the right container size, drainage, soil mixes, watering and common mistakes to avoid. Registration is available online.
