NFAC: Documentary Film “Bonnie” Q&A with Bonnie Timmermann

On April 26, the North Fork Arts Center will host an exclusive screening of the documentary, Bonnie, a film portrait of the legendary casting director and producer Bonnie Timmermann. Known for discovering and championing some of the most recognizable names in the history of film, television, and theater over the last four decades, Timmermann’s life and career are showcased in this documentary. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Bonnie Timmerman herself, moderated by award-winning actor-director Tony Goldwyn.

Some of the actors Timmerman discovered include Tony, Emmy, and Academy Award winners Kevin Kline, Liam Neeson, Kate Winslet, Laurence Fishburne, and Moonlight star André Holland. This event is a unique opportunity to gain insights into the world of casting and production, and to hear firsthand from one of the industry’s most influential figures.
