Not Your Early Bird Market & Open Mic at River’s Edge

The Not Your Early Bird Market & Open Mic is a pop-up market taking place on the scenic Peconic Riverfront in Riverhead. The market will run from Aug. 27 to Oct. 1, every Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Shoppers can enjoy a leisurely Sunday afternoon browsing handcrafted goods, books, and food, and sipping beverages from the River’s Edge Bar & Grill.

In addition to the market, there will be an open mic from 2 to 6 p.m. This is open to all levels of performers, including musicians, vocalists, comedians, poets, and spoken word artists. Performers can reserve 15- to 30-minute slots, with equipment such as a PA system, soundboard, and microphone provided. No vulgar language is allowed, and covers are welcome.
