Paddle What’s Left! Kayaking Fundraiser at Orient Beach State Park

The North Fork Environmental Council (NFEC) is hosting its ‘Paddle What’s Left’ kayaking and shorebird sighting fundraiser on Saturday, Aug. 23. The event begins at 9 a.m. and is expected to last approximately two and a half hours. Participants will meet at Orient Beach State Park, specifically at the Eagle’s Neck Paddling booth.

The trip cost is $50 per person, which includes a kayak, paddle, and life jacket. Alternatively, if you bring your own equipment, the cost is $30 per person. Please note, there is also a $10 per car entrance fee at Orient Beach State Park.

This event is not only a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, but also a chance to support the NFEC’s environmental conservation efforts.
