The Railroad Museum of Long Island (RMLI) is bringing a unique experience to The Shoppes at East Wind. Over the weekend of Feb. 24 and 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the RMLI will share their model trains with the community. This is a great opportunity for train enthusiasts and families to view intricate train layouts and see toy trains in action.
If you have a toy train that’s not working well, bring it along. Knowledgeable volunteers will be on hand at the Toy Train Clinic to check it over. Even if you don’t have a train to repair, you’re invited to check out the Exhibition in Suite C, located next to Sweet Melissa’s Candy.
This event is free to attend, making it a perfect weekend activity for families. So, mark your calendars for a weekend of fun, learning, and community at The Shoppes at East Wind.
