Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office New York State Safe Boating Class

The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a New York State Safe Boating Class at the Riverhead Town Senior Center. The class will be held in two different sessions. The first session is a one-day, eight-hour course on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The second session will be held over two days, on Tuesday, Oct. 15 and Wednesday, Oct. 16, with four hours each night from 5 to 9 p.m.

This is a free event and is a great opportunity for anyone looking to improve their boating skills and knowledge. The class will cover a range of topics and is suitable for both beginners and experienced boaters. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance through the event website.
