A free talk at Riverhead Free Library on winter caregiving, presented by ADRC. The program covers safety and fall prevention, mood changes, nourishing meals, routines, and emergency planning.

Stony Brook’s Healthy Libraries Program will be at the Riverhead Free Library offering free blood pressure screenings and evidence-based health information. No registration is required, and all are welcome.
