Riverhead Town will hold a prayer ceremony at the World Trade Center Memorial Park, located at the corner of Riley and Hubbard avenues on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 10 a.m
Riverhead residents can safely dispose of household hazardous wastes and unwanted prescription medications free of charge at the town’s semi-annual STOP (Stop Throwing Out Pollutants) Day Saturday, Oct. 26, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Riverhead Highway Department facility on Osborn Avenue.
