Join the New York Marine Rescue Center for the Paddle Battle 2023 on Saturday, July 29th, at the Peconic River in Riverhead, NY. Participants can choose from a competitive course, a recreational course, or a casual paddle. The event raises funds for the New York Marine Rescue Center.
Cardboard boats will set sail — or not — in the Peconic River on Saturday, Aug. 13 in Riverhead’s Cardboard Boat Races, a crowd-pleasing summer event in downtown Riverhead since 2010. The rain date is Saturday, Aug. 20.
