Annual Rubber Duck Race at Reeves Bay

The annual Rubber Duck Race is set to return to Reeves Bay on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025. Sponsored by the Flanders Men’s Club, the event will take place on the lawn of the club, located just east of The Big Duck. The day will kick off at 11 a.m., with the ducks being launched at noon. In case of bad weather, the rain date is set for the following day, Sunday, Aug. 24.

The race is organized for the benefit of Friends of The Big Duck. Participants can look forward to prizes for first, second, third and last place. Entry to the race requires a $5 donation per entry, or $20 for five entries. Pre-registration forms are available for those interested.

* You do not have to bring a rubber duck to enter or be present to win.
