Art Reception: Group Photography Show by The Light Painters at Mattituck-Laurel Library

The Mattituck-Laurel Library is hosting an art reception for the Group Photography Show by The Light Painters. The exhibit, titled “Birds of a Feather,” will feature fine art photography primarily captured on the beautiful North Fork. The Light Painters Learning Center was established in 2011 by local North Fork photographer and photography instructor Judy McCleery. The center provides a community for photographers of all ability levels to hone their photography skills and network with other photographers. Members include locally known photographers such as Bill Stamatis of North Fork Light, Linda Burke, Laura Helf, and other well-regarded artists. This is the 13th year that the Light Painters have exhibited in the Mattituck Laurel Library. The event is free to attend and open to the public.
