Artist’s reception: Paintings by Glen Hansen

An opening reception for Glen Hansen will be hosted by East End Arts  on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 4 to 7 p.m., where Hansen’s first solo exhibit will be on view Thursdays-Sundays, Sept. 14 – Oct.12 at the East End Arts Andy Tarshis Fine Art Gallery, 133 E. Main St., Riverhead. Hansen’s paintings reflect architectural motifs and his obsession with atmosphere by utilizing light, shadow and patterns and are evident in this exhibit.
