Blood drive at Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital

Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital will host a blood drive with the New York Blood Center on Tuesday, May 26. Donations will be collected on the NYBC mobile bus.

Appointments are strongly preferred, and walk-ins are welcome. Donors should eat well and hydrate beforehand, bring a photo ID, and feel well on the day of donation. Eligibility guidelines include minimum weight requirements and age requirements. Donors must be ages 17 to 75. Donors age 16 may donate with a parental permission form, and donors age 76 and older must provide written physician consent.
