Family Service League will present “Caring for the Caregiver: Understanding Stress, Burnout and Finding Steady Ground” at Acadia Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Riverhead. The program focuses on recognizing caregiver stress and burnout and building practical self-care strategies.

The session will be presented by Bette Trojanowski, LCSW, of the Family Service League caregiver support program. Registration is required.
