Book and Bottle Lecture hosted by Suffolk County Historical Society Museum

The Suffolk County Historical Society will host a Book and Bottle Lecture featuring local author Mary Korpi and her book “The Lady Lighthouse Keeper” on Saturday, March 18 at 1 p.m. at the Suffolk County Historical Society.

The author will discuss her research to create this historical fiction. The story is based on the life of Stella Prince (1867 to 1927) and her service as the only woman lighthouse keeper at Horton Point Lighthouse. The book will be for sale at $20 each.
