The Southold Historical Museum concludes its free winter lecture series with a special presentation by renowned chef Tom Schaudel. The lecture, titled “Keeping It Rooted on Long Island,” is scheduled for 5 p.m. on April 8 at the Southold Town Recreation Center.
Chef Schaudel, known for his remarkable history in the restaurant industry, will share his experiences using fresh, local ingredients that have delighted many restaurant guests. In addition to sharing stories from his career, Schaudel will demonstrate some of his own “Farm to Table” culinary creations.
This lecture is part of the “Farm to Table: A Not So New Concept” series sponsored by the Poliwoda Team of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Attendees are encouraged to bring their curiosity and appetite for knowledge about local cuisine and sustainable cooking practices.
