International Chocolate, Cheese & Wine Pairing at Suhru Wines

Indulge in a unique sensory experience at the International Chocolate, Cheese & Wine Pairing event hosted by Suhru Wines. Scheduled for Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., this event is a must-attend for all food and wine enthusiasts.

Led by Linda Johnson, chocolate curator from Chocology Unlimited based in Stony Brook, the event aims to explore the art of food pairing with dark chocolate, artisanal cheeses, and Suhru wines. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste and pair three Suhru wines, three artisanal cheeses, and three dark chocolates. The guided tasting will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

In addition to the pairing experience, guests will also receive expert tips on pairing wine with each course of their Thanksgiving dinner.

The ticket price per person is $45, which includes the curated tasting and pairing. Club members can avail tickets at a discounted price of $35 per person.
