“Knots, Bends and Hitches” seminar at West Marine

Attend a hands-on “how to tie knots” course as part of the United Sates Power Squadrons seminar series on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at West Marine in Riverhead.

This course will teach all attendees about knots, how to tie them and the most useful knots for mariners. The event is hosted by Peconic Bay Power Squadron.

The class cost $35 and registration can be completed online by going to the PBPS website — registration must be completed and paid by Oct. 7.
