Mixed media textile lecture with Amy Orr

Mixed-media textile artist Amy Orr will give a lecture on her creative process and artistic journey at the Southold Historical Museum’s Maple Lane Campus. Orr transforms everyday post-consumer materials into intricate works inspired by traditional textile patterns.

Orr has served as a faculty member at Moore College of Art and Design and as director of FiberPhiladelphia. Her work has been exhibited internationally and locally, including in Southold.
