Move into Health 2024 – Health Fair at Mattituck-Laurel Library

The Mattituck-Laurel Library is hosting ‘Move into Health 2024’, a Health Fair, on April 20. The event will kick off at 10:30 a.m. with a 1.2-mile walk, followed by a range of wellness activities. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with health professionals who will provide resources and services covering various aspects of health. Activities are open to all and participants may choose to engage in any they prefer. Some of the vendors who will be in attendance include Sun River Health, VA Medical Center, Stony Brook Healthy Libraries, Friends of the Mattituck-Laurel Library, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and many more. The first 100 registrants will receive a free t-shirt, with registration by April 1 guaranteeing your requested t-shirt size. Register online at the Mattituck-Laurel Library website.
