NFAC Thanksgiving Art, Film & Community Event

North Fork Arts Center (NFAC) invites the community to a special Thanksgiving Art, Film & Community Event on Nov. 30. The event, which runs from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., is a celebration of art, film, and community spirit, and is free for all to attend.

The day begins with a screening of the classic film ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles’ at 1 p.m. This will be followed by an inspiring art show, co-curated by six local galleries: Alex Ferrone Gallery, North Fork Art Collective, North Fork Contemporary, VSOP Projects, VEME Studios, and William Ris Gallery. The featured artwork, inspired by Thanksgiving journeys and the holiday spirit, will beautifully complement the evening’s theme.

From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., guests are invited to a wine reception, where they can mingle with other art and film enthusiasts. This event is not just a celebration, but also an opportunity to reflect on NFAC’s accomplishments and share exciting plans for the future.
