Join an online cooking class, ‘Cook A Fish, Give A Fish,’ where participants will learn to cook delicious local seafood dishes with expert chefs from Long Island to Rhode Island. Fisheries experts from Eating With The Ecosystem and Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Marine Program will also provide insights about the fish, fishermen, and the benefits of choosing local seafood. The May 9th class will be led by Chef Ryan Barth-Dwyer of Little Fish in Southold, NY, who will teach participants how to prepare Monkfish Tikka Masala. All proceeds from the event will go towards providing local seafood for families in need.
