Prohibition on the North Fork at the Old Mill Inn

Hallockville Museum Farm and the Old Mill Inn will present an afternoon program on Prohibition-era history at the Old Mill Inn in Mattituck. The event includes passed period canapes and a choice of three Prohibition-era cocktails, along with live jazz.

Richard Wines, a Hallockville board member and historian, and Anthony Martignetti, owner and restorer of the Old Mill Inn, will speak about the sites’ connections to Prohibition and share stories connected to speakeasy activity at the location. Tickets are required.
