Protecting Seniors: Preventing Financial Exploitation at Riverhead Free Library

Staff from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office will be at the Riverhead Free Library to share practical tips and expert advice on how to protect seniors from financial scams. Using real-life examples, attendees will learn how to identify scams whether they come by phone, text, or email. The event is open to all and registration, while encouraged, is not required. The event is free to attend.
